Refund policy

At Rosie's Boutique, customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, cosmetics, and certain accessories cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
